We were very happy with this service. We were updated regularly on our order and were able to track exactly where the driver was. We were given a one hour delivery slot in advance which was great.

fantastic service. Thank you so much. delivery was on time. Brilliant idea to take photograph, so I could see exactly where the parcel was left, because my disabled friend was unable to sign for it. The only problem i had was when filling in the order form. I was sending this to my grandson and his partner as a house warming present and the form insisted on a home phone number which they do not have yet so had to put their old number on even though they do not live there anymore. I should have thought a mobile number would be enough.

Happy with the service, haven't tasted cake but my daughter was trilled with it. Only problem was the delivery man had laid it on its side, so a little squashed on side. Markings on box was misleading.
