Great service I received loads of emails updating me on where my fruit basket was and when it would arrive......I even got one giving me quite an exact delivery time and who would be delivering it somebody called David who I must also thank for being considerate enough to leave the box on my mother´s dining table as he felt that it was too heavy for her to manage...she is 85 and was thrilled with that little bit of extra attention.

The ordering process and the service was fab. The product is great especially the personalised ribbon.
I was however really disappointed that the product was left outside my friends house in the snow. She was in all day as she is just out of hospital and I had to text her to tell her it was outside, it had been there for a couple of hours. This was a real shame as took the special surprise out of the gift.
