Website could be improved Ie. CITY, not everyone lives in a city and to continue with the order we have to put in something else. Also the home telephone number, not everyone has a home number and again you can’t continue. I think some people would give in and not order with you which would be a shame.

I ordered the hamper as congratulations gift for my niece and her fiancé for the birth of their first child. The website was easy to navigate and the email communications confirming the order and updated me on delivery progress was excellent.
My niece video called me to watch her opening it and she was absolutely delighted. The hamper was even better than anticipated. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you

Very well received and in excellent condition. Made the birthday person very happy. I had made a mistake with the house number and my family member had to go and pick up her present from a neighbor but it was extremely helpful to have the pictures so we could figure out where it was delivered. Excellent, excellent prompt delivery, with notifications throughout my transaction, so I was kept informed as to the status of my gift. The Company sent me a photo and I was delighted to see that both photo and hamper were identical.They sent me regular updated e mails.This was an online order and I will use this company in future, as prices are reasonable and the hamper presentation was impressive. The order was great and delivered nice and early in the morning for my friend's birthday. The only "slight" concern is that she had to contact yourselves with regards to the 'best before' date as it gave the date I placed the order i.e. 5th July (it was delivered as requested on the 31st July) but obviously it was quite a concern for her! I've also ordered another delivery to a relative on 12th August so I'd be grateful if you could just check and ensure the 'best before' date is correct to save any panics :-) Will recommend.
