Website could be improved Ie. CITY, not everyone lives in a city and to continue with the order we have to put in something else. Also the home telephone number, not everyone has a home number and again you can’t continue. I think some people would give in and not order with you which would be a shame.

I ordered the hamper as congratulations gift for my niece and her fiancé for the birth of their first child. The website was easy to navigate and the email communications confirming the order and updated me on delivery progress was excellent.

Very well received and in excellent condition. Made the birthday person very happy. I had made a mistake with the house number and my family member had to go and pick up her present from a neighbor but it was extremely helpful to have the pictures so we could figure out where it was delivered.
