  The parcel was wrongly delivered some distance away in the town of Hastings, not in the village of Westfield or the correct postcode despite being correctly addressed. (Don't they use satnav?) The kind lady at that address drove some distance, despite poor driving conditions, to deliver the parcel. It has only just arrived at 8pm!

  The logistics were fine, the fruit basket arrived on the scheduled date to the recipient.Only niggle was the basket was a tad small and could have done with a few more exotic fruit to really make it a Christmas special. Otherwise, good company, good delivery service.

  What an absolute great experience from start to finish! Was a little nervous ordering from overseas with a company I’d never heard of, but I shouldn’t have been, because everything went very smoothly and the recipient was delighted with his personalized fruit basket! Even the card that was included was such a nice touch! The recipient told me that the quality of the fruit is top notch, which was a concern of mine.
